At some point every family faces changing needs for living space and the question of doing a significant remodel or buying another home. This seminar explores the four areas of consideration- Financial, Personal, Community, and Physical- and outlines a process to customize a solution to fit each homeowner’s particular needs and priorities.

Taught By Bruce Donnally, AIA
BruceDonnallyBruce Donnally is the principal owner and founder of Donnally Architects. He received his bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Virginia, and his master's degree from Yale University. During his 25 years of practice he has designed and managed projects with Cesar Pelli Associates, Gwathmey Siegel & Associates, and LMN Architects, firms of exceptional national and international reputation and design caliber. Many of those projects have been recognized with regional and national design awards.

He has taught and lectured at the University of Washington, and has been a frequent guest critic there, as well as at Yale and the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has served as chairman of the Professional Advisory Council to the UW School of Architecture, and has written for Arcade, the journal for architecture and design in the Pacific Northwest.
